PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Do you sell authentic band merchandise?
Damn right we do. All our band merch is 100% officially licensed – no bootlegs, no fakes. Just the real deal for real rebels.
Why are some items marked “Exclusive to EMP”?
These are limited-edition pieces we’ve co-designed with bands or artists – you won’t find them anywhere else. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has detailed size charts (in both inches and cm). When in doubt, go up a size – oversized is always cooler than too tight.

ORDER & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We take all the major cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. No cryptocurrency (yet) – we’re rebels, not anarchists.
Is my payment information secure?
Safer than a mosh pit with security guards. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full card details.
Why was my card declined?
Usually it’s your bank being overprotective. Give them a call to approve the transaction, then try again. If problems persist, email [email protected].

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long until my order arrives?
Here’s the breakdown:
Processing: 1-2 days (we hand-check every order)
Express Tracked: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx (£12.95)
Free Rebel Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (free over £50)
Do you ship worldwide?
Hell yes – to anywhere with a postal address (except a few remote areas we’re still figuring out). If your country’s not listed at checkout, email us and we’ll sort it.
Will I get hit with customs charges?
We handle all export paperwork, but import taxes depend on your local laws. For EU/US orders under £135/£800, you’re usually clear. Elsewhere, check with your customs office.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
15 days from delivery date. Items must be unworn with tags attached. We’re flexible, but we’re not running a charity shop.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and what you’re returning. We’ll send a prepaid label if it’s our fault (wrong item/damaged).
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process refunds within 3 working days. It may take 5-10 days to show in your account depending on your bank.

ACCOUNT & TECHNICAL

How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. If our email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or email us – we’ll sort it manually.
Why can’t I access my account?
Too many failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account. Email us with your registered email address and we’ll unlock it faster than a safety pin through denim.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet – our website works perfectly on mobile browsers. An app is coming soon though – sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
