At Modern Gent Clothing, we want you to love your rebel-approved fashion as much as we do. But if something’s not right, our returns policy is as straightforward as our attitude.

1. THE BASICS

You’ve got 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

NO RETURNS ON: Ear jewellery (for hygiene reasons) and cosmetics (because we can’t resell opened products). All other items from our collection (Accessories, Bags, Boots, Clothing, etc.) can be returned.

2. HOW TO RETURN YOUR GEAR

Follow these steps to return your items faster than a punk band exits the stage:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’re returning (use our template below)
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack your items securely (original packaging preferred)
  4. Ship it back to us at:

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We’re rebels, not saints – you cover return shipping unless:

  • The item was defective/damaged
  • We sent the wrong product

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.

4. REFUNDS – WHEN AND HOW

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds process within 3-5 business days
  • Money goes back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake).

5. EXCHANGES

Want a different size or style? No problem:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Clearly state what you want instead
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return

If the exchange costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
