1. SHIPPING YOUR REBEL GEAR

Processing Time

We don’t drag our feet – your order will be processed and packed in 1-2 business days after payment clears.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for remote locations (we don’t ship to some parts of Asia and other hard-to-reach areas).

International Orders

We ship worldwide (except where noted). All customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer – we can’t control what the man tries to take at the border.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not loving your purchase? We get it – sometimes the fit’s not right or the style doesn’t scream “you” like you hoped. Here’s our no-nonsense return policy:

The Basics

  • You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to request a return
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With all tags still attached
    • In original packaging

NO RETURNS ON:

Ear jewellery (hygiene reasons) and cosmetics (we can’t resell opened products). All other items from our collection can be returned.

How to Return Your Gear

Follow these steps to return your items faster than a mosh pit clears when the lights come on:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’re returning (use our template below)
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack your items securely (original packaging preferred)
  4. Ship it back to us at:

Return Shipping Costs

We’re rebels, not saints – you cover return shipping unless:

  • The item was defective/damaged
  • We sent the wrong product

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.

Refunds – When and How

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds process within 3-5 business days
  • Money goes back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we messed up).

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? No problem:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Clearly state what you want instead
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return

If the exchange costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
